I can’t say enough good things about this practice and the staff who assist in running it. Dr. Rieder and the entire team at his office are remarkably caring people. Dr. Rieder takes time to sit and understand individual concerns and offers real solutions without having to worry about overselling you on something you don’t need, something I really respect. The folks that manage the front desk constantly work around my schedule, remember where we left off on prior conversations months ago, and treat me like I’ve been coming there for a decade. It’s truly what keeps me coming back here time and time again. There is a level of continuity and attentiveness here that is increasingly rare in a busy city like New York. It’s difficult to find a derm practice that combines this degree of clinical acumen with such genuine compassion and patient-centered care. I have complete confidence in Dr. Rieder and his team and couldn’t recommend the practice more highly.

Dr. Rieder has taken the time to know me as a human, and to understand the skin issues that continue to plague me (skin cancer). When I needed to have Mohs done in 2025, he referred me to a colleague of his back at NYU. He made sure that I requested for a plastic surgeon to do the closure. Even though he wasn’t performing the surgery, he made sure I was with the right team of doctors. He has treated me for both derm and cosmetic. For cosmetic he is very conservative so you don’t coming out looking fake and filled. Prices are reasonable, and I will still continue to use him for both filler and Botox. Highly recommend Dr. Rieder! My only feedback is sometimes there is a wait once you arrive and I’m usually trying to come between appts at work.
